Your Questions, Answered

Getting started is simple. Reach out to share a few details about your space, and we’ll schedule a complimentary consultation. This allows us to understand your goals, assess your needs, and recommend the best approach for your home.
-
During the consultation, we take time to understand your space, goals, and pain points. We’ll walk through the areas you’d like support with, take measurements and reference photos as needed, and talk through how the space functions today.
Consultations typically last 30 minutes to one hour, depending on the size and scope of the project. Most consultations are in-person, though virtual consultations are available when appropriate.
After the consultation, we’ll share an estimated scope and next steps, along with scheduling options to move forward.
-
No preparation is needed. We prefer to see your space as it is, so we can create a realistic, effective plan tailored to how you live.
-
Every project is customized based on the size of the space, the amount of decluttering involved, and the level of support needed. After your consultation, we’ll provide an estimate based on your goals and the scope of work.
For organizing services only (no products), many projects fall in the $500–$1,200 range, depending on complexity. Larger multi-space and whole-home projects represent a higher overall investment, with pricing discussed in detail before any work begins.
Organizing services are billed separately from organizing products, which are discussed in advance and approved prior to purchase.
-
Every project is different. Many projects take 1 to 3 days to complete, depending on the size of the space and the amount of decluttering involved. Larger or more complex projects may take additional time.
Timing is discussed during the consultation, and for larger projects or tighter timelines, additional organizers may be brought in to keep the work efficient and well-paced.
-
You’re involved in key decision points, especially during decluttering. Beyond that, we handle the details so the process feels smooth and efficient. Some clients prefer to be present, while others step away once decisions are made.
-
No. Decisions about what stays and what goes are always yours. We provide guidance and structure, but the process is respectful and judgment-free.
-
We work on single spaces, multiple areas, and full-home projects. Many clients choose to start with one space and expand from there as systems take shape.
If your project feels complex or hard to define, you’re in the right place — we’re happy to talk through the details and help determine the best approach.
-
Yes. Product recommendations and sourcing are available when helpful.
Organizing services are billed separately from organizing products. When product sourcing is part of a project, selections are discussed in advance and purchased only with client approval. A product retainer is required for projects where we purchase items and bring them directly to the job site for installation.
We handle any necessary product returns, so you don’t have to manage that part of the process.
-
Yes. We can coordinate donation drop-off or help arrange for items leaving your home, making that part of the process easier for you.
As part of our service, one carload of donations per day on site is included. Additional arrangements can be discussed if needed.

Move-in support is designed to make transitions feel smoother and more manageable, whether you need help with part of the process or support from one home to the next.
Services may include pre-move decluttering and organizing to prepare a home for listing or staging, packing support, unpacking and organizing in a new home, and setting up functional systems from the start. We focus on high-use spaces first so your home works well right away.
Support can also include decluttering during unpacking, donation coordination, and organizing items as they’re placed—helping avoid the need to reorganize later.
Projects can be fully comprehensive or focused on specific phases of a move, depending on your needs and goals.
