You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Many clients aren't sure where to begin—and that's exactly what the consultation is for. We'll talk through your goals, help you prioritize your space, and recommend the best place to start.

Reach out to tell us a little about your space, and we'll schedule a complimentary consultation. During the consultation, we'll talk through your goals, answer your questions, and recommend the best approach for your home.

During your consultation, we'll walk through your space, discuss your goals, and talk about what's working, what's not, and how you'd like your home to function. We'll also take measurements and reference photos as needed.
Most consultations last 30–60 minutes and are held in person, though virtual consultations are available when appropriate.
Afterward, you'll receive an estimate outlining the recommended scope of work, next steps, and scheduling options.

No preparation is needed. In fact, we prefer to see your space as it is. It helps us understand how your home functions today and recommend solutions that fit the way you live.
And one more thing—please don't worry about cleaning up or feeling embarrassed. Every home tells a story, and our role is to help, never to judge.

Every project is different, but many organizing projects take one to three days, depending on the size of the space and the amount of decluttering involved.
During your consultation, we'll discuss the estimated timeline and create a plan that fits your goals. For larger projects or tighter timelines, additional organizers may be brought in to help complete the work more efficiently.
-
You'll be involved in the decisions only you can make—especially during decluttering. Once those decisions are made, many clients choose to step away while we handle the organizing.
Whether you prefer to work alongside us or give us space to work independently, we'll tailor the process to what feels most comfortable for you.
